The Short Version
The Dam Plumber does commercial plumbing across Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City and northwest Arizona: service calls, new construction and tenant improvements. We came up supervising commercial plumbing and holding a company's license before we started our own shop, so commercial work is where we came from. You get a price up front, and it doesn't change if the job gets harder.
Commercial Plumbing From a Former Commercial Supervisor
Before The Dam Plumber, we spent years on the commercial side: supervising crews, running jobs, and holding the plumbing license. New construction, tenant improvements, and the service calls that come after.
We started The Dam Plumber in February 2024, and that experience came with us. It's why we're comfortable on a commercial job, whether it's one bad restroom or a whole build-out.
We've been in plumbing for about 15 years. Today we're a family crew, and when you call about a commercial job, you're talking to the people who'll stand behind it.

Commercial Plumbing Service Calls
Most commercial calls are the same as residential ones, just with more people depending on it. A backed-up floor sink, a restroom that's down, no hot water in the building. We show up, give you a price, and knock it out so you can get back to business.
We've kept the tenants of a fourplex updated while replacing the water line from the street, and worked with the owner's insurance company on it. We know the job isn't just the pipe. It's the people in the building.
We cover commercial work in Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, and in Bullhead City, Kingman, Dolan Springs and Topock on the Arizona side. See our service areas.

New Construction and Tenant Improvement (TI) Plumbing
We plumb new construction, and we do TI work. TI stands for tenant improvement. It's the work that happens when a business moves into a space in a shopping center or office building and the space gets built out for them. That can mean new restrooms, a break room, a new sink line, or drains and water lines moved to fit the new layout.
On a TI job, the building is usually already there. We work with what's in the ceiling and under the slab, tie into the existing lines, and get the space ready for the new tenant.
On new construction, we're there from the underground and rough-in through setting the fixtures at the end. Either way, you get a price up front and a crew that shows up when it says it will.
The size of job we can take
Our Nevada C-1 license carries a $207,000 bid limit. That's the size of a single job the state lets us contract for in Nevada.

Licensing, Pricing and Warranty on Commercial Plumbing
In Nevada we hold a C-1 Plumbing & Heating license, #0091779, with a $207,000 bid limit. In Arizona we hold ROC #365536 for commercial and residential plumbing. Workmanship is warrantied for one year in Nevada and two years in Arizona.
Pricing is up front. You know what the job costs before we start, and if it goes south on us, it's still the same price. Nobody here is paid on commission, so we're not going to pad the job.
When something breaks after hours, call. We run 24/7 emergency service, and we answer the phone ourselves. We give you the after-hours rate on the phone before we head out.
