Pricing

We give you a price before work starts. That price is what you pay for the work we agreed on, even if the job turns out harder than it looked. If you ask us to add work beyond what we agreed, we'll price the extra work before we do it.

After-hours service

Work outside office hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) is billed at an after-hours rate. We tell you that rate on the phone before we head out.

Workmanship warranty

• Nevada jobs: 1-year workmanship warranty.
• Arizona jobs: 2-year workmanship warranty.

Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and equipment are provided by the manufacturer.
